Your Role

As a Home Care Worker at Dale Care, you will:

• Travel to customers’ homes and assist them with daily tasks, helping them stay as independent as possible.
• Provide personal care and support, similar to what a family member would offer.
• Support customers in the community, ensuring their needs are met with respect and dignity.
